This is another polish that needs to be layered over black, much like
LA Colors Radiation. I didn't like this one as much though. One coat didn't seem to be enough, but two coats made the effect too intense. It's really pretty polish, but I don't think that it's for me.
In between polishes like this (where it seems like one and half coats was needed but can't be achieved) drive me up the wall :( Have you tried it over a deep green to see what happens? It looks so pretty!
